How does the design process work?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a short onboarding questionnaire so we can understand your business, brand, goals, and style preferences. From there, we begin designing your project and keep you updated throughout the process.
How many revisions are included?
Every custom design includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the included three may be quoted separately depending on the scope of the requested changes.
How long will my project take?
Turnaround times vary by product.
Logo Design: 2–5 business days
Brand Kit: 5–7 business days
Business Cards: 2–4 business days
Brochures: 3–5 business days
Websites: 7–14 business days
Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
Do you print and ship marketing materials?
Our business cards and brochures are professionally printed using premium materials and shipped directly to your business. Printing and shipping times vary depending on your selected options and location.
What files will I receive?
Depending on your purchase, you'll receive professionally prepared files for both digital and print use.
Common file formats include:
PNG
JPG
SVG
AI (when applicable)
Can you match my existing branding?
Absolutely.
If your business already has a logo, colors, fonts, or brand guidelines, we'll incorporate them into your project to ensure everything stays consistent.
What if I don't know exactly what I want?
